cl-sql-oracle software package provides CLSQL database backend, Oracle, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-sql-oracle
cl-sql-oracle is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-sql-oracle package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-sql-oracle *
You will get with cl-sql-oracle package name, version, architecture and description in a table
